Big Cypress National Preserve Enables Legislation

In 1974, the United States Congress established Big Cypress National Preserve as one of the first national preserves within the National Park System. In doing so, Congress directed the National Park Service to allow for and manage specific activities outlined within the national preserve's enabling legislation.
